What does the $5 actually buy me?
A subscription that lets you run up to 5 long-running agents on hardware you own, with all six pre-built personas, signed updates on the stable channel, the customer portal, and email support. No usage metering, no overages, no per-seat pricing on top.
Where do the agents run?
On hardware you own — a laptop, a server, a VPS, a Kubernetes node, anywhere you can install a binary. We don't spin up cloud compute on your behalf, which is why the price is $5 instead of $50.
Do you see the code or data my agents work on?
No. The agent runtime stays on your hardware; only license metadata + 60-second heartbeats reach our Control Plane. Task contents, repos, prompts, and outputs are yours alone unless you explicitly ship them to us. Read the security model for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe-hosted billing portal in your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't do annual lock-in or cancellation fees. Refunds available within 14 days for any reason.
What if I need more than 5 agents?
Email sales — we'll quote a custom plan based on fleet size and support needs. Same agent runtime, same portal, just a higher cap.
How does a payment turn into a working agent?
Stripe charges your card → we provision your account, mint a license, and generate an activation token → the welcome page hands you the install command. From card to running agent is about 90 seconds.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not yet — we're keeping the pricing simple while the product is in early access. If $5 a month is a blocker for evaluation, email sales and we'll work it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link — anything Stripe Checkout supports. Wire/ACH on the larger custom plans.
