On hardware you own — a laptop, a server, a VPS, a Kubernetes node, anywhere you can install a binary. We don't spin up cloud compute on your behalf, which is why the price is $5 instead of $50.

No. The agent runtime stays on your hardware; only license metadata + 60-second heartbeats reach our Control Plane. Task contents, repos, prompts, and outputs are yours alone unless you explicitly ship them to us. Read the security model for the full breakdown.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe-hosted billing portal in your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't do annual lock-in or cancellation fees. Refunds available within 14 days for any reason.

The Standard plan covers 5 active agents per account — counted across all your machines and organizations, not per license — and each agent can run up to 4 tasks at once. An agent that goes offline keeps working for up to 7 days before it needs to reach us again. Re-installing on the same machine doesn't use a second slot; retired or revoked agents free theirs. When all 5 are in use, activating another is declined with a clear message until you remove one or contact us for a larger plan.

Stripe retries the charge automatically. While the payment is overdue your running agents keep working until the end of the period you already paid for, but new agents can't be activated and nothing is extended. Update your card in the billing portal and everything continues immediately. If the subscription is cancelled or ends unpaid, agents stop at that point.

Stripe confirms your payment → we set up your account and subscription license → the welcome page shows your one-time activation token and the install command (copy them right away: for your security the token is displayed once and can't be shown again; you can create new ones any time in the customer portal). From card to running agent is typically a couple of minutes.

Yes — every new account gets a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Create your account in the customer portal, verify your email, and generate an activation token. We email you 7 days and 3 days before it ends so nothing changes without warning. You only pick a plan when you want to keep going — you can subscribe at any time during or after the trial.
