Terms of Service

You can use Agentina to run software agents on hardware you control or on our cloud. You pay the plan fee monthly. You own the work your agents produce. We protect the integrity of the runtime and audit-log every administrative action. Cancel any time — your data remains accessible through the close of your billing period.

The detailed terms below govern in case of conflict, but this summary is what we mean.

Agentina ("we", "us") provides a runtime for long-running software agents, a Control Plane to operate them, and signed distribution for the agent binary itself. You ("customer", "you") are entitled to use these per the plan you have purchased.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Run agents that perform unlawful activity, including unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing content, or content that violates intellectual-property rights.
• Reverse-engineer the closed-source portions of the runtime in order to circumvent licensing.
• Resell access without a written agreement (you can resell outputs your agents produce; that's yours).

Inputs you send to the runtime, prompts, code your agents produce, and any artifacts they generate remain your property. We act as a data processor for license + telemetry metadata only. We do not see the contents of your work tasks unless you explicitly ship them to us.

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through that date. Refunds for prepaid time are available on request within 14 days of charge for any reason.

We may revoke a license immediately for: nonpayment beyond 30 days, evidence of acceptable-use violation, or a written legal requirement. Revoked licenses cause associated agents to fail closed within 60 seconds — you keep your data, you lose runtime access until the dispute is resolved.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Either party may terminate at any time. We will export your customer + license + audit data on request within 14 days of termination, and we will delete it no later than 90 days after termination unless you request retention.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agentina is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless a binding arbitration clause applies under your purchase order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
